My wife and I recently needed several home projects taken care of: installing a new bathroom sink, fixing a wobbly toilet, trimming a few doors after a carpet installation, and removing an old basketball hoop and pole that came with the house.
We immediately thought of Philbin Construction. A few years back, they completed the finishing work after another company replaced a skylight. Despite the job being small, they treated it with the same care and quality you'd expect from a major project. That experience stuck with us, so calling them again was an easy decision.
Philbin sent a couple of guys over, and they arrived on time, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. They handled everything efficiently, including removing the basketball pole, which was filled with concrete and far beyond anything my wife and I could have managed ourselves.
Every task was completed to our satisfaction, and their pricing was more than fair. What I appreciate most about Philbin is that they treat both small and large jobs with the same professionalism and attention to detail.
I would highly recommend Philbin Construction. If you're looking for quality work, dependable service, and reasonable rates, they're the team to call.

I met with a designer at Kohler in February 2020 to design my common area bathroom. I could not find the right company until I hired Philbin Construction and Remodeling in February 2023. Rachel took control of my dream and brought it to fruition. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful. A dream deferred that came true. Philbin did an excellent remodeling job on my bathroom; it is my dream bathroom sanctuary. Matt, Nick, Chris and the electricians and plumbers exceeded expectations. Fast Forward a year later, A mysterious water stain appears on my kitchen ceiling. I wanted to immediately investigate the issue. I called Philbin, they investigated and immediately identified an outside hood vent as being the culprit and put my mind at ease. They are definitely getting the job to replace and repair this 60 year old vent and I appreciate the grace that they showed me by their willingness to immediately address this home repair issue. Thanks Matt, Chris and Nick, once again.
